What is Save My Body coaching?
Save My Body coaching is a personalized, online coaching program that’s designed to help you systematically develop lifelong healthy nutrition and exercise habits. Combined with your comprehensive exercise program, the primary focus of our coaching is to teach you the skills you need to manage your day-to-day nutrition using Precision Nutrition’s scientifically designed and field-tested nutrition curriculum via the ProCoach software. In addition to the physical changes, you’ll find that by following the lessons, habits, worksheets, and working through the exercise program, you’ll gain a whole lot more – confidence, control, and the energy you need to live your best life.
Are there meal plans/diets?
No. At Save My Body, we don’t use complicated meal plans or restrictive diets. While these may be options that can work for some people, in specific situations, we prefer teaching people lifestyle habits that don’t need to be “started” or “stopped” or that you have to “get on” or “get off”. This way, you’ll have all the tools to face any of the situations you may come across in your life such as special events, birthdays, celebrations etc.
How long does the program run for?
Our Save My Body coaching programs run for 12 months. This is an appropriate amount of time for you to learn, practice, and most importantly master, the fundamental skills required for lifelong healthy habits and behaviours. Remember, if you complete the entire program, you either get your results or you get ALL your money back (see our 100% satisfaction guarantee). You can’t lose.
How long do I have to commit?
This is a 12 months long, full transformation program. This isn’t a 12 week quick start, or rapid weight-loss program. While those programs can work in the short term, they often fail in the long term with the end result of yo-yo dieting and fluctuating weight (often higher than when starting). In order to get incredible results, we ask that you commit for the full 12 months. This is the time it takes to build, develop, and master lasting habits and behaviours. How many clients do you accept?
Because our coaching programs are quite involved and require significant background work and attention to each client, we only accept an extremely limited number of clients on a first come, first served basis for each program. This ensures that our clients get the most personalized experience to help them achieve their best transformations. Once these spots are taken, they will only become available when a current client either completes the program (12 months) or chooses to no longer continue. There will be a waiting list for those interested in maintaining their priority on joining when spots become available in the future.

Each program has three, 12-month coaching levels available.
- The Silver Program offers 12 months of comprehensive and individualized online nutrition coaching, access to our private Facebook community, and our 100% risk free guarantee. Please note that there is no exercise program included in the Silver Program. For this reason, the nutrition-only Silver Program is better suited for those people who are currently working with a trainer, or who are comfortable with fitness and don’t require any direct exercise programming or coaching.
- The Gold Program is our most popular coaching option and includes everything from the Silver Program in addition to an exercise component. Along with the 12 months of nutrition coaching, it also includes exercise programming that can be modified to your specific needs (e.g. no gym, home gym, commercial gym etc).
- The Platinum Program is our most involved and specialized 12-month program for people who have extensive resistance training or exercise experience. This program offers the highest level of customization and is best suited for those looking for advanced levels of direct performance coaching and support. This program includes everything from the Gold program along with fully custom-designed exercise programming and biweekly skype/video coaching sessions.
What do they cost?
All of our programs have two convenient payment options; a one time payment option, which includes 2 free months, or a monthly payment option that splits the total investment over 12 smaller monthly payments, automatically billed every 30 days.

How does it work?
Once you’ve selected your payment method and signed up for the program, you’ll be sent an email to start the nutrition component on-boarding process. Once your intake forms are completed, your program will start on the next closest following Monday.
Every day, you’ll receive an email reminder from the ProCoach platform about your daily lesson and habit.
Log in to your ProCoach account to go over your work. This will take approximately 15-30 minutes. Once you’ve completed the lesson, habit or worksheets, just click on complete.
For the Gold and Platinum Programs, you’ll receive a separate exercise component directly from your coach.
How much time will I have to put in every day?
Depending on the type of results you want to achieve and the program you’ve selected, the daily time commitment can be as little as 15-30 minutes a day to read and complete the lessons and habits. Of course, you’ll still have to apply what you learn in your day-to-day life!
If your program has an exercise component, and you choose to follow it, this may add another 3-5 hours a week for the Gold Program, and 5-10+ hours a week for the Platinum Program, dependent on performance goals and objectives.
With all of our coaching programs, you’ll work directly with your coach to work out a realistic, goal-directed time commitment that works for you and what you hope to achieve.
Why can’t I just follow something on the internet for free or buy a diet book?
The internet offers all the information you’ll need to get yourself in the best possible shape. For free. And it has done so for years. Recognize that the problem is never access to information, it’s how to apply it in the most efficient manner possible to your specific situation. Think about what you already know about nutrition and fitness and ask yourself why you haven’t already achieved your dream body. It’s not just as simple as having the information at your fingertips, it’s about what you do with that information once you’ve figured out if it’s the right info for you.
Using another example, all the information you need to repair the brakes on your car is readily available in very detailed format online. That doesn’t mean you’re going to do them yourself.
Think of your coach as your guide. We make sure you get the most important information to make incredible changes, when you need it, in the amount you need, so that you can actually TAKE ACTION on it and put it into practice. Our job is to not only help you with the “knowing”, but also make sure you do the “doing”.
Who is it for?

Our Silver Program is for individuals who are already working with a trainer for their fitness component and simply want to be coached through a comprehensive behavior and habit based nutrition curriculum to bolster their current fitness results. They don’t need or want an exercise program. They just want the nutrition aspect taken care of.
Our Gold Program is for those individuals who are looking for more structured nutritional AND exercise guidance, to get in the best shape of their lives, no matter where they’re starting – from the absolute beginner to the seasoned gym-goer, this program will kick start your transformation and leave you in the best shape of your life by the end of the year.
Our Platinum Program is for those individuals who are looking for the ultimate level of online coaching and support. It’s for the people who are seeking next level results while doing a custom-designed exercise program to match their extensive gym and fitness experience. This program requires a much higher level of starting exercise knowledge and will also require a much greater commitment in terms of hours at the gym and meal prep/planning.
Who is it NOT for?

If you’re competing in fitness/bodybuilding, or you’re a professional-level athlete focused on a particular sport or event, our listed programs are not for you. These type of goals require a different level of coaching over specific timelines. I’m a beginner, will it work for me?
Yes! Our Silver or Gold Program are perfect options for a complete beginner who has absolutely no experience with nutrition or exercise. We will teach and guide you through our 12 month program, leaving you with your best body – strong, fit, and healthy. Due to the nature of the program, we won’t take on beginners or even intermediate level clients into our Platinum Program.
I’m advanced, will it work for me?
We suggest one of two options for our advanced participants: the Gold Program or the Platinum Program. While we still typically recommend the Gold Program for a vast majority of our advanced participants, as each lesson, habit or behavior, as well as the exercise program, can be modified to keep your progress coming in, the Platinum Program offers advanced levels of coaching and support, as well as bi-weekly Skype/video coaching calls.
Am I too young? Am I too old?
Absolutely not – if you’re over 18!
Our coaching programs will work for men and women of all ages. If you put the effort in and do the work, you will see results, no matter what your age!
I want to put on muscle, is this for me?
While the primary objectives of most of our clients are to lose body fat, lean out, and tighten up, our exercise and nutrition programs can be altered and modified to help you build lean muscle.
Now if you’re a skinny guy or gal just looking to build massive amounts of muscle without worrying about losing fat, our current programs are probably not the best fit. In this case, get in touch with us to discuss the possibility of designing a specialized custom mass-building program just for you.
Do I need a gym?
For the Silver Program, you will be responsible for the exercise component, so it’s totally up to you.
For the Gold Program, no gym is required – all exercise programs can be modified to work with what equipment you have available: from home gyms, to hotel gyms to playgrounds. However, for optimal results, gym access is desired.
For the Platinum Program, you will require access to a full gym for the advanced, custom-designed exercise programming and have moderate-advanced level knowledge of resistance training exercises.
Will I get bulky if I lift weights?
This is probably one of the most common fears for women and men who start lifting weights: will I get too bulky. The reality is, unless you’re trying very hard, under very specific conditions, it’s NOT going to happen. The amount of time, dedicated effort, deliberate eating, and in many cases, anabolic drugs (e.g. steroids), required to put on that level of muscle from lifting weights is way beyond what our programs offer. It’s just not possible.
I already work with a personal trainer
If you already work with a personal trainer, that’s great – just let us know and we can integrate our nutrition coaching with what your trainer is already doing for you exercise-wise to help you achieve even greater results. In this case, we recommend the Silver Program to accelerate and improve your training results.
I have injuries, can I still join?
You sure can! Our exercise programs can be modified to work around your specific injuries or issues while still helping you get the results you want. Even if you can’t fully complete the exercise component, just following through on the nutritional coaching component will allow you to see some pretty impressive changes.
I follow a special diet, will this still work?
All of our nutritional habits can be modified and altered to ensure that you are able to follow any specific nutritional or dietary guidelines that you currently follow – be it for health, religious or other reasons. That’s the beauty of coaching – your program can be modified to fit your specific needs, always ensuring you’re achieving the best results possible.
